    The FAYAT group created in 2019 a dedicated investment structure to meet the equity and quasi-equity needs of innovative startups related to the main activities of the group. Fayat Acceleration Startups aims to support the development of startups by meeting their financial needs (acquisition of minority stakes in capital) and by offering to make available the business expertise of its divisions to accelerate the growth of accompanied startups.

    The Group takes over several companies one after another in handling and lifting equipment as well as road building equipment: ADC (Atelier De la Chaînette) in Parthenay (West France), Ermont in Lorette (South-East France) and Marini in Italy.

    Steel construction becomes part of the Fayat Group's business with the buy-out of Castel et Fromaget in Fleurance (South-West France). The group acquires 10 other steel companies within the following years.
